Yellow taild damsel makeing my watter cloudy

well it goes into the sand with its tail and kicks it up and makes holes allover its the only fish ive observed doing this why would it do that? annoyt fish heh. Is there a way i can catch him to move him to my sump maby? or give it to the LFS
