Yellowing Molly

I got about 6 mollies from the LFS when they were just born for free thinking they would get eaten but they are now full grown and looked great, until recently one of the male starting turning yellow under his mouth, and gut. Suggestions? All the other ones are completely white/silver like the last photo of the female

Does he have any other issues?
It looks like natural color possibly to me.
He's a nice looking sail fin .

Nope no other issues, acting fine. I thought it might be natural coloring but I had no idea

He is nice looking! I am guessing that is your dominate male. He may have changed colors to show he is dominant. That would be my guess.
