Not the most conventional set up but it gives my 2 blue acara plenty of cover to make them feel safe. A background maybe? What colour/theme

Yeah I didn't notice before but it does look a little staged to me, but if you like it that's what matters.

Yeh It does. I just dont know where to get all these great rocks and slate you guys get. If it was bigger with more fish id have done something different but as im limited to smaller or few cichlids I cant really. Its only a 47 gallon

Well it's educational for the kids, teaching them about science and nature and so on....

Thank you! Took a like time and a lot of $$ ha texas holey rock looks nice but comes with a price
