GREEN TERROR! I love them.

I have some Anubias and it is horrible. So slow to grow. I've had the tank for about a month it's the slowest growing plant in the tank if it's growing at all.

Ok cool, just needed some clarification (very new to the hobby). Currently I have mine attached to some decoration piece of driftwood. In the future i'm hoping to get some cool pieces of real driftwood for my 55 gallon.

Very cool hopefully this will grow really fast. Does java fern need real driftwood to grow properly?

How long does it typically take for java fern to start producing new ferns on their leaves?

Just attached the rhizomes to the driftwood. I'll post a picture to show you guys what it looks like.

My Java Ferns I bought about a week ago have developed the same thing. Little black spots on their leaves. I do have them planted in the gravel substrate. Will this contribute to the black spots? I plan to attach them to driftwood later today.
