Yep think about 20ppm I'm awful at telling colors apart. Surprised the ammonia has stayed steady

Bout the same as yesterday. Added some seeded material today about 6 hours ago. Hopefully it will work and did not die in shipment.
 
I'd try a water change and wait some more... 4 ppm is an arbitrary number, not a necessity. If you cut it down to 2 ppm, you'll still cycle the tank, you just won't be able to stock a whole tank's worth of fish all at once (which I would not recommend anyway, ever, as new tanks can be somewhat unstable).

If you take any action at all. I don't think it is necessary, but may help to speed things along. New tanks are so unpredictable, lol.
