It looks like a Pseudotropheus sp. "Elongatus of some sort. Maybe a female with the lack of coloration

Looks like one of my guys we were trying to id a while back
We have some at our store. I actually have one in my tank. Still juvenile. Only about 2-3 inches.
What's size do they mature? Mine looks like a female correct?
