Can you put a red empress cichlid with tanganyikan cichlids?

Do you think I could maybe put a Pleco in a 75 gal with tanganyikan cichlids?

You could keep panaque the royal plecos acanthicus,scobinancistrus,pseudacanthicus,glyptopterichthys and megalancistris but most of them will reach 12 inches and need ample space. I'd recommend synodontis multipunctatus catfish instead as they are endemic to lake tanganyika and so ideally suited.
