Angel fish tank mates

names james i just joined and i have a question I just bought 4 angel fish and i want to get some tank mates for them if you know any let me know thanks

what size is your tank? do you have any other fish with them? welcome to AA.

i have a 75 gallon and no other fish

well good you have room to work with. personally i would go with some bottom feeders like cories or loaches plus a schooling type fish (just make sure they are not too small so the angels wont be able to eat them.) like the larger tetras black skirt tetra lemon tetras and so forth.... i might also look into one more fish that gets about the same size of the angels. though thats just me. you have a lot of options. what i would do is get a pen and paper go to the lfs and write down the names of hte fish you like. come back and research them to see if they work.

ok i also was wanting to get a crab would that mess with the angels?

almost all the crabs you find at the lfs are not fw crabs. many also need access to land.

Is your tank cycled? If not you might want to hold off on getting new fish until that is accomplished.

You could get just lots of angel fish. There are loads of dif kinds. Like I have one that is translucent(you can see his organs and stuff)
