Cichlid bullying

I'm having an issues with my cichlids. When i got them they were tank mates and fine but now one is bullying the other and the one being bullied is just sulking. When it's not sulking it is getting chased by the other one. I just tried reorganizing the tank decoration but is there anything else i could do to stop it?

Remove some of them. Species might help as not all cichlids are the same. If it was a tank full of borelli apistogramma i'd expect no bullying. A tank full of green terrors well there is a reason they are called terrors. Generally as a fish mature their behavior changes so consider that aspect as you examine your stocking.
