Tough to tell with the lighting, but you might google Labidochromis Hongi and see if that is what you have.

Yeah i can't get good pics, but I have a Hongi and the body and all fins are same shape but color is very different

I saw this one at the fish store, looks almost the exact same as mine, and the worker didn't know what kind it was

I think it might be a female variation of a cichlid. Because the females dont get the colors males do its kinda hard to tell and I'm a complete noob to cichlids. So I guess going to your LFS and fine cichlids that looks like that even with different colors.
