Tank is relatively new. Everything is new other than 50% cycled water and g nodes(bacteria). I've disturbed my substrate and
something else is imbalanced that caused an algae bloom. My phosphates are slightly higher than I'd like but everything else checks out.
Right now I'm not getting enough light penetration because of the cloudiness. I intend on using a diatom filter to help reset things and test again.
I plan on using the filter after a 50% wc. Because of the wc should I only run the diatom filter with my circulation fan and not my filters? Or run everything? Please advise? Thank you
