Favorite cichlids?

I'm new to fishkeeping and I've fallen in love with cichlids. I'm interested in finding out everyone's favorite. Possibly a suggestion to add to my 125g tank! I look forward to everyone's input. Thanks

Angels, plus I'm a fan of dwarf cichlids, so Rams and apistogramma species. Among the large cichlids, I love Festae/Red Terror. Gorgeous colors.

Keeping your Jaguar Cichlid will require stocking very sturdy & tough tankmates.

I'm not suggesting stocking each & all of the above listed cichlids. Just review and educate yourself about compatibility. I've kept all these cichlids, except the Midas at one time or another and had good experiences with all.
