Get him a couple of friends. They are very shy and humble fish and like to be in groups. That's just my opinion but I've seen how awesome moori look in a group when fully grown(which is over a foot btw)!
I have a new problem, I've been having a really hard time getting flow to the bottom of this tank. I guess because it's so deep it's harder to move the water or something but I have a big Powerhead plus the fx5 and it still doesn't move the water at the bottom. I can see the dead spots where all the fish poop is collecting and don't enjoy it. Anyone have any helpful ways I might be able to fix this?
More powerheads. I have a Rena XP4 on my 75 plus 2 sm-med powerheads, and I could honestly use more flow. Thinking of upgrading to bigger powerheads soon, and I'll bump the ones I have now to a smaller tank.
Haha. A 150 is a pretty deep tank, so you are going to struggle with flow and circulation. I wish I could afford a couple decent sized Koralias to put in my 75g planted tank.
I think I'm gonna but a spray bar at the bottom on the sides and attach a pump to each one. So like mini spray bars at the bottom. Anybody see anything wrong with that? Oh a picture of the Moori. he's not real big.
