Flame angle diet

Hi so what's best foods to feed flame angle as mine start show it lateral line at min feeding it one frozen cube of brime/mysis shrimp once every two days plus put some seaweed in few times aweek. All test are good but nitrates sit around 20ppm and fish only tank 80 gal

He died last night, woke up and couldn't see him so checked everything and nowhere to be found then notice my shrimp going mad at bit of rock and poor thing was stuck in hole so must of not been able get out and freaked out
