heater for a 16 gal

I have a 16 gal Bow front tank, and noticed that the stock 50 watt heater it came with no longer works. The brand is "Glass Aquarium". anyway, it looks like water somehow got on the inside.

Now I'm shopping for a new heater, obviously submersible. suggestions?
