Can anyone tell me how thick the glass is for a 20 long? As in, if anyone here can get me a measurement of theirs to clear things up, that would be great! I'm concerned mine may just be a terrarium.

Can you double check that number for me? If its truly 3/8ths thick glass then that means your 20 gallon tank has thicker glass than my 55 gallon. It measures 5/16ths. That is 1/16 in thinner than your 20. Maybe my tank is a cheaply made tank that was built on the bare minimum. Hummm.... scary!

My bad. It's 3/16" not 3/8". Big difference. Standard stock 20L from Petco.
