Is ammonia surfactant poisonous?

Hi, I'm starting my fishless cycling today and I picked up ammonia. My concern is the the ammonia ingredinta are these, ammonia hydroxide and surfactant. Will it work, or do I need to get differnt ammonia?

Surfactant is detergent. You need to find ammonia that doesn't have it.

The Dollar Tree also has pure ammonia. I picked up James Austin's Clear Ammonia from there and have read that it works and is safe to use.

I had a hard time finding the right ammonia through dollar stores, Walmart, lowes ect. I believe I ended finding mine at a large grocery store. But be sure its the one without the suds.

My local supermarket carried it, their label and the brand white rose. Ingredients were only water and ammonia in each.
