What is a reasonable expectation for what a fish store would pay me for 1-1.5" jewels. $1 each? $0.50 each? More? Less?

What is a reasonable expectation for what a fish store would pay me for 1-1.5" jewels. $1 each? $0.50 each? More? Less?

The only true way to find out would be to ask your local fish store what they would pay. Different areas get different prices for their fish and so they may pay you more for being local or less because you are amongst many that are trying to sell them the same fish. Then again, they may not want your fish at all so just ask them directly. (BTW: Fish buyers don't bite so don't be afraid to ask )
