Their colours become amazing during breeding, i have a pair that breed and their colours fluctuate and become amazing!

I have a male & he chases everything else including the angel. Maybe needs a female?

I have 2 males and a female in my 50 gal community, they have made a pair and the "spare" male hangs out on his own at the other end of the tank. I seperated them into a spare tank for breeding, but had a heater failure (see a thread in breeding), so they are back in the community. They have spawned twice since, I'm waiting for the result of the second spawn (probably be eaten by my Angels, but I don't have room for the new fry anyway, and they'd likely be eaten by the older fry in keeping from the first spawn so they'll have to take their chances). They do get very territorial at breeding time, but not so much that the other fish suffer, they seem to know not to go too close to "their" coconut cave (although my GBR seems to like taunting them, as do the clown loaches). The chases only last less than a second.
