I just bought a set of T-5 lights for my 46 gallon tank. I was curious to see how big of a difference there was between the T-5 and the T-8, so I put the T-5 over half of my 55 gallon tank, and left the other T-8 fixture on the other half.
Its like the difference between night and day. I can't believe it!
