Midevil tank size?

i would like to one day get one tank for my Midevil and Flowerhorn... the midevil is a 12" and is very very aggressive... the flowerhorn is maybe 9" and he not as aggressive but he always had tank mates through out his life... the Midevil has always lived alone i tried to put tank mates with him an he will kill it even when he was like 3" he about killed this 4" oscar i had...

any who so the question is what would the recommended minimum tank size needed for those two...?? with maybe some room for future expansion...? or is there no minimum tank size for the devil

I would say unless you can go really huge the midevil will need to stay alone. Another option would be using a divider.

Just have a divider handy or be ready to move one out.
