My first guess is a Bolivian ram because of the spot on the center if it's body, if you could ask tour friend if the fish has 'zorro' type mark on its eye then its more than likely a bolivian ram. Really hard to tell though.

It isn't the best picture. I have asked for them if they can send me a clearer one. I wouldn't of said it was a ram though due to its shape
