Jewels are a pair. Uno male uno female. Id have any pics of them. There starting to get really red and aggressive

Here is the start of my build. substrate and lights will be here tomorrow. then cycle then fish! That is 300lbs of rock! all for 40 bucks at the local nursery. the tank had been unused for about 2 years after my inhabitants all died overnight. so i sterilized the tank and the rock at the same time with hydrogen peroxide. im going to drain it tonight add the substrate tomorrow refill and start the cycle.

The tank has a jewel, T jewel, bumble bee and auratus female. Is a demasoni worse then auratus?

I only know about the Buttikoferi whan it comes to africans. Im into SA /CA. The Buttikoferi is a beauty though.

Not from my understanding. They are both super aggressive to their own kind but an Auratus can be even more aggressive to all others. It is normally the dominate one in the tank.
