Puffer not eating and looking sick

Hi guys. I'm having a problem with my puffer. Red eye red tailed puffer. He is a male and since 4 days ago, he stopped eating. He used to gorge himself on krill, now he doesn't even won't touch anything. Please help me. thanks! Ammonia0 nitrite0 nitrate5 pH7 gH5 kH4 thanks :)

This is the PIC of his side view.. I noticed one eye is bigger than the other which means its swollen? Please help lol

He may have pop eye, possibly internal parasites as well. I would start out with a water change, and see if aquarium salt and API General Cure is safe for puffers. I have used the General Cure for internal parasites before.
