Sick angel fish?

I rescued an angel fish that isn't eating. His sides are sunken in and his front "arms???" Appear useless. Both are on the same side. I'm moving him to a hospital tank but don't really know what to do with it. Please advise.

Hhhmm... I would maybe try treating for internal parasites. And Boost the temperature a little to help his immune system (by boost I mean like 5 degrees)

K, I'm probably going to move it tomorrow. I'm thinking Prazipro, & hospital will be around 80. So slowly up to 85?
