I found some amazing pieces of sticks in my yard to day and I'm wondering if they could go in my fish tank.

Are they softwood or hardwood? If soft wood then most likely no, if they are hardwood yes. If hardwood you would need to fully dry and debark them. Then before you are ready to add them to your tank you can boil the piece or soak it in warm-hot water, this helps the tannis leach out in the pot or tub and not your tank. If they float in your tank you can water log them in a bucket, or use a rock to hold it down in the tank water logging it that way

From a whole lot of research it's hard wood but the it's pretty delicate is their another way to get the bark off it

What you can do is let them dry out 100% and carefully peel the bark off. If it comes off easy they are 100% dry, if it is hard then let them dry longer.
