stocking for 55 gallon african cichlid

i have a 55 gallon tank with 2 fluval 405 filters on full blast. i was wondering what i should put in there!

Depends on your filtration there's a couple articles on here about stocking cichlids I think a good number for me at least is 15 I currently have 7 and am considered understockedand I think that's on the high side of moderately stocked I think the max depending on size and breed is about 20 and I'm only talking about African cichlids as I only have owned Africa's from lake Malawi and lake Victoria check out the articles I think it was Andrew McFadden that wrote them
