So I have attached some pictures of my angelfish parents that produce a large batch of eggs every other week. They hold off relaying if I allow them to parent raise which they are very good at. However, based on how they looked, I had made assumptions on how the babies would look. Boy was I wrong!!!! So I was just wondering, has anyone else had a batch of angels that didn't turn out like they thought? I want pics posted if you have them. Remember, what some hate, others like. I think some I have could look cool in the end, just not what I expected. I'll post pics of the babies later, just have to figure out how I'm going to get them to hold still.

The babies are ugly? I wanna see .... Haha

The left one looks like a marbled/koi cross, very pretty. Same with the other one! Looks like you'll have yellow and black babies, I would love some, those are the school colors of my high school! :)

Pics of the babies, none look like the dad but don't tell him that. Also the pale yellow one are cool, they are translucent yellow with stripes of pearl yellow going throughout them vertically. They should develop orange helmets like the parents

Yikes!!! Hahaha jk they'll be pretty! I agree the white looking ones are way cool

how large are your adult angelfish? (only the body, excluding the tail).

I want to compare the sizes with my angelfish. Mine look about the same size...
My angelfish is 3 inches long (excluding the tail). I'm not sure if that is adult-size?

What size are angelfish at breeding age?
