Hi again. I have couple haps, yellow lab, 6 peacocks. I believe my venustus is a fem. =( I read that at 4 in. the males have dark coloration lower fins. My fish all yellow underneath, plus anal fin seems rounded. My question: what now? I'd like to keep it m or f but what would be the ramifications? ty

guess I should add I believe most of the rest of my fish to b male, was going for all male tank

First how big is your tank? Second, my venustus are males, and they didnt get color until about 6 inches. Keep your head up.

75 g, thats good to know, ty, I was starting to see some darkening of fins, but unfortunately he sick now. see my other posts if you'd like. now idc he m or f just wish he'd get better. =)

I have a male and he started to show blue on his face around 4/4.5 inches

I've heard that a female will reek havoc in a male tank.
