Found this wondering on back wall this evening. I have no idea what it is?

its a snail...starts with an s...i can never remember their name.

Did it hitchhike? Are they populating in my tank? Is this a baby snail with undeveloped shell?

I got mine as hitchhikers. It is a normal snail, they have small ones that is more like a fingernail than anything. They are real effective cleaners.

Great hitchhiker. you will find more show up as the months go by but they never over populate and are good for the tank.
