When should I start adding fish?

My tank is fully set up ? I have a 75 gal with caribsea aragonite and added API QuickStart, API StressCoat and a used filter from my 20 gal tank. When can I start adding fish to my tank? I am adding African cichlids juveniles and how many should I get I’m going haps and peacocks.

You can add fish after you have cycled the tank or you can add a few hardy fish now to do a fish in cycle. If you don't know about the nitrogen cycle then I recommend looking it up and understanding it before you do anything.

Thanks Goat, also can I add a zigzag eel with African cichlids my friend is trying to give it away due to its size in a small tank!
