drop it deeper. u also have to every day lift it 3/4 of the way out of the water to cleanse the water in the net.

If i got a 20 gal tank for a grow out tank for the fry what else is necessary... Filter, light, heater, any water flow or anything else?

air stones are v important imo, they keep my fry alive and i have over 70 in there of 3 different species.
they will need loads more food than ud give adults imo, my juvies get 3 times as much as my adults and twice the pwc. the bioload/ dirtiness is impressive, but daaarn do they grow!!!

Yeah u gotta feed then like 4 to 6 times a day n the reason u need more pwc is cuz ur feeding them ao much !!! It's true I do it with all my juveniles as well

and this is my tank setup, looks so empty

i hate how the background looks... wish i knew how to fix it!

Is it just from water? I've used a plastic hanger or wooden spoon etc to separate n let it dry.....
