35 gallon options

Hi guys my first tank i planned on getting was a cichlids tank but I for detoured into freshwater.
What options do I have for a 35 gallon tank?

You could still do a south American cichlid setup what are the dimensions though. If it's a 3 foot tank you could do a firemouth cichlid pair with a bristlenose pleco. Or you could do only a convict cichlid pair.

You can go with dwarf cichlids

Yah you could build a great community around dwarf cichlids.

There are a few smallish malawi's you could do a species tank with. A friend of mine has 3 yellow labs in a 29gal. and they're doin great.

Shouldn't Malawis be in large groups?
I know yellow labs can be less aggressive than others tho
