Sweet, saw a giraffe at a zoo once.. didn't know they were fully aquatic?? Your tank is over stocked. I'd rehome the giraffe ASAP. The rest "should" be OK. Gt may run the tank sooner than later though.

Very cool, always cool to learn of a new Cichlid I knew nothing about. Your LFS is clearly better than mine. I very rarely see anything other than mainstream chichlids at mine.

Yeah, a green terror probably won't be the best companion for a threadfin acara. The venustus (giraffe) should be rehomed as it's from Lake Malawi in Africa and not going to be a suitable tankmate for you south/Central American species that you listed.

Please research the species you're about to purchase BEFORE you purchase. It'll save you a lot of headache, trust me

I have more then one tank the tank these are in are in my juvenile tank when older they get moved

Yeah I have a juvenile peacock in with two Acara currently and they are fine. They will be separated before adulthood but no issues at all now.
