Color wise I don't think it looks like a ice blue but it could be. Need a better picture that's not shaded please

Okay, sorry the water is green, I put an anti fungus med in both tanks to be sure no other fish gets sick. One of my baby labs looks like he has a white spot on his dorsal fin. But here are the pics. Hope this helps...

He came from a "mixed cichlid" tank when I bought him. So he very well could be. I'll take your word on it.

To me looks like cynotilapia afra but he looks really blue in some of those shots. Very pretty!
