Yellow Lab Sick?

I have a yellow lab cichlid that has separated himself from the rest of the fish by hiding behind a sponge filter and he doesn't really move much till feeding time. He kind of just swims close to the bottom near the rocks. I don't see any spots or anything funny about him. Any suggestions?

Sorry. Very hard to get good pics in the tank. Blue light and it's dark. I don't see any whit spots or any noticeable sickness.

Are you sure its a he and not a she? From my experience my female yellow lab usually breaks away from the others while holding
