My frag disk that has my zoas on it is getting covered with coralline algae. The zoas seem to be not opening as much as before. Is this because of the coralline algae? If so, what can I do to remedy this...

It's not because of the coralline. It's more likely that it's something with your tank. How is your alkalinity?

Feed zoa liquid phytoplankton by adding it to the water columns... Maybe feeding is not your problem.

Inspect near the closed zoans to see if there's any white string (digitate hydroide) or micro anemones like the strawberry one... Do your zoas have whites spots ? What are thoses params (Mg, Ca, KH, Temp, Ph)?

could be a number of things, when did they get added. Do not attempt feeding it will give you nutrient issues, and wont directly help the zoas especially of they are closed.
