Barely any, some softies. Sadly they call them reef capable when they really aren't. Just not strong enough to support much.

These fixtures get HOT, also in the one week i had the fixture 6 of the bulbs stopped working before i took it back for a refund. marineland is known for cheap and over marketed equipment. Some of their stuff is useful but a large portion is second hand stuff pretty much.
