I think it's better to stick with snails, maybe? I think putting any bottom feeders in there is like putting a human in a lion's den. If they're going to be or have a large chance of being attacked, it's just not worth it.
would cardinal tetras, neon tetras, or cherry barbs be best? i like how the tetras are blue and red but the barb stays near the top instead of the bottom and middle where the tetras stay.
