catfish and loaches

Well I return home this weekend which means I will begin setting up my new 55g aquarium. Now im still a little ways out in deciding what stock to get but I was curious if it would be possible to mix yoyo loaches and a pair of pictus and/or striped raphael catfish? I only have 3 yoyos at the moment and just want some input on if this combo would work. Obviously I would need plenty of hiding spaces for them to all get along and not feel overcrowded.

A group of yoyos would work with a single raphael cat (I've had that combo). I would not get a pair because they do get a bit territorial as they age.

well i was only considering a pair of pictus. the raphael would be by himself.

I have 3 yo-yos with a Synodontis catfish for about a year now without any trouble.

alright cool thanks. I just wanted to make sure I wasnt going to start a war in my tank with bottom dwellers fighting for space and such. Ill make sure to add extra hiding spots to reduce a feeling of crowdedness
