emergency stocking questions

So I have a 40g tank and I'm making it a planted tank with tons of plants and my question is will this effect my stocking amount for fish

Planted tanks help keep nitrates low and diffuse aggression but some fish still need some room to swim and can be considered too active, aggressive, or big for the tank, ex. Boesman rainbowfish (too active), RTBS (too aggressive), or oscars (too big).

Just my opinion, I wouldn't considering it an emergency since stocking should be taken into consideration over a period of time, and not rushed. Labeling it as an emergency is just misleading; an emergency should only be used with disease, death, or equipment malfunctions. Just my opinion

Back to your question, no the plants will actually help the nitrification process

and hornwort.

Stocking plans are

10 neons
4 or 5 mollys
3 dwarf gouramis
