Help ID Pleco

I just got this guy yesterday and not quite sure on which species he is. He is about 8" in length. Is it a common pleco.

If I was to sell him what would be a reasonable price to ask for an 8" common pleco.

A 2" one is a dollar, and they grow an inch or a bit more per month. Maybe 15?

I work at a lfs and we sell 8" ones for 24. Not that too would ever get that much for it but just to give you an idea
