Help me!!! Slime all over my tank!!!

Just after a week and a couple of days of aquarium cycling strange there is slimy substance growing on the side of filter box and sides of aquarium. I can feel the slime but I cant see it. The slime has no color. IS THIS A BAD THING OR A GOOD THING?!!?!?!?!?!?

It's bio film and totally normal. Seems to be quite thick in a new system sometimes but may slow down a lot over time. Don't even sweat it
