How many ghost shrimp can I have in a 10 gallon tank that has already been set up and has 1 platy 1 white skirt tetra and a couple black neon tetras in it?

If you are on top of you maintenance you could probably add 6 or 7 to start. They will breed most likely

rule of thumb is usually 1 inch of critter to 1 gallon of water.. Shrimp tend to have a lower bioload so this rule can be tweeked. Ghost shrimp average 2 inches at adult size

It is necessary to do your weekly / bi weekly 30% - 50% water changes especially in a tank loaded to its max
