how to tell the gender of white clouds

Like most Cyprinids, male White Clouds are thinner and have more intense coloration. They will often be the fish displaying to one another in a White Cloud species tank.

Females will have bigger, white bellies. It's as simple as that. :P
Also the males will be the ones displaying their fins from time to time to eachother.

If you are trying to breed them your best bet would to buy a large group of them then your guaranteed at least a few breeding pairs.

Like they said females are plumper but like mine that hard to tell because well....they are always fat because they eat so much so its pretty hard to tell.
