Hi, This is my Final list to stock my 10 gal. tank...6 Neon tetras, 3 Otos, 4 Ghost Shrimp,3 Black Kuhli Loaches...Is this good??

The Kuhli loaches would probably outgrow a 10 gal quickly. Without them, the tank should work so long as you keep on top of those water changes. Also, use a robust power filter to keep up with this heavy bioload.

ok, im a little confused now, some people are telling me that the loaches should be fine, and now youre saying its not, so ??

I don't think Kuhlis get that big. I say you should be ok. Just keep up on water changes.
