New 20 gallon

So I upgraded to a 20 from a 10 and every thing is taking well but my Kribensis and honey gouramis are really pale and I also moved to sand I have the same two filters and all of the plants and used all the water from the 10 gallon what did I do wrong

The fish are probably scared of their new surroundings.

I have the same two filters and all of the plants and used all the water from the 10 gallon what did I do wrong

Why do you think you did something wrong? Hopefully, you left the filter media in the filters from the old tank. That will help the new tank cycle faster.

They are probably adapting, they should be fine but if they start getting worse or showing symptoms, definitely tell us.
