So I picked up a 29 along with a 75 what fo you guys and girls think I should do with them. Both staying fresh/brackish.

Depends on what your interest are! Id keep the 29 as your QT!!!!

Def have two tanks!! You could go for completely different fish in each tank - awesome!

I'd do them both FW planted
the 29G lightly planted low tech with a pair of rams(they could breed), and a few schoolers(8+ tetras/rasboras/etc.)
and with the 75G
maybe a planted rainbow tank, like 4 groups of 8 rainbows?
or discus.......it kinda depends on how much $$$ you want to put into it

Angels would be nice with some rainbows large school of tetra and some plecos in the 75. a school of 12 rainbows 24 cardinals and a pair of angels and a couple zebra plecos would work.
