Blue Spots?

I picked up a ghost shrimp from Petsmart, but when I examined it later it had multiple blue spots on it. Is it a ghost shrimp or something else?

Looks just like a ghost shrimp to me. Also looks like it's pregnant! But I don't think the eggs hatch unless they are in brackish.

I noticed when my females became berried they would develop some blue to their spots. It's the only thing I could pin the color change to.
