African Dwarf frog

I’m looking for advice on owning an African Dwarf frog. What type of substrate is preferred? Possible tank mates? Diet? Temp range? Temperament?

as for stock anything that don't fit in it's mouth , I'm sure someone will chime in with a list of good fish ,
gravel is fine for the bottom , be sure you have a tight fitting lid so he don't get out
as for diet meaty foods along with greens , pellets , temp 78* ideal
